In the morning I went with Del, Pabs, and some other friends down to Santa Cruz for the Wharf to Wharf 6-mile race. In short, I developed a cramp in my right side. Enough said...

2006-07-09: Sawyer Camp Trail

We went for a lazy stroll along Sawyer Camp Trail next to Crystal Springs Reservoir. As usual, I spotted some deer grazing down by the water.
